Nervousness and worry adds to this and life can spiral out of control. Together we will work on areas of your life that need addressing and techniques to assist you in dealing with these overwhelming feelings. Trauma
Trauma is when we experience very stressful and frightening events that are difficult to cope with. or out of our control. Trauma can be a single event or many significant incidents over many years and can leave a profound amount of past memories of pain and suffering.
We are here to help you, to face your trauma and not only heal but also look forward to a rewarding and fulfilling life ahead.
Grief & Loss
The loss of someone or something can be devastating, the pain of knowing they are gone can be extremely difficult to accept. There is no right or wrong way to process loss and grief and everyone experiences this uniquely, Together we will work towards your healing and acceptance.
Anger Management
Anger management is how we handle situations that make us angry. It’s also a form of cognitive behavioral therapy (sometimes, called talk therapy) that can take place in one-on-one or group counseling. You might even take an anger management class. In anger management therapy, you’ll work with a mental healthcare provider to recognize when you’re angry and develop coping skills and strategies so you can deal with these feelings in a way that’s healthy and sustainable for you. You’ll learn about:

Self Esteem & Confidence Building
Self Esteem is the way you view yourself and most of the time with low self esteem and lack of confidence we can be extremely hard on ourselves. Together we will challenge your view of yourself, finding things about you that make you unique, quietening that negative inner critic and challenging yourself in ways you never thought were possible!
Couples & Family Counselling
Disagreements, arguments, venting frustration on our significant others are normal behaviours in relationships, however, conducted effectively with good communication and respect will lead to more productivity within the home and stronger mutually respectful relationships. We will discover the core to what makes you both defensive, rebellious, unhappy and lose that special spark that once made you both so hopeful for the future. We will learn techniques to help with listening, assertiveness, better communication and self control and rekindle your love for eachother.
