About Me

"For over a decade, I have had the privilege of walking alongside people through some of the most challenging and transformative moments of their lives. I am deeply passionate about helping individuals and families find clarity, strength, and hope — whether they are navigating relationship difficulties, major life transitions, trauma, grief, or personal struggles that feel overwhelming.

In my private practice, I work with clients aged 7 to 97, offering a safe, respectful, and supportive space where every person feels heard, understood, and valued. I specialise in relationships and life transitions — including separation, parenting challenges, career changes, loss, identity shifts, and personal growth. I understand that change can feel unsettling, but it can also be an opportunity for powerful transformation when you have the right support.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I believe that therapy is not about “fixing” you — it’s about empowering you. Together, we explore patterns, build insight, strengthen coping strategies, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you. I tailor each session to the individual, recognising that no two journeys are the same.

I hold a Bachelor of Criminology and a Master of Counselling, along with various diplomas and professional qualifications. I am a Level 4 member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and a registered Professional Clinical Supervisor. I am also registered with organisations including NDIS, ACA, VIC Crime, WorkSafe, Redress, and other professional bodies, ensuring I meet the highest clinical, ethical, and professional standards.
